Project Overview:
You will research a chef or entrepreneur who has influenced the food service industry and develop a visual to share your findings.
Directions:
1. You will choose or be assigned one of the following chefs or entrepreneurs in the food service industry. If you have a different influencer in mind, discuss your idea with your instructor before proceeding.

4. Be sure to include all resources utilized. This can be presented as a slide or citation sheet.
5. Be prepared to share your visual with the class.
6. Once completed, turn in your project according to your instructor’s directions.
