Project Overview:

You have been challenged to create a mockup of a board game which includes ten cards with positive life scenarios and ten cards with obstacle scenarios or roadblocks.

 

Directions:

1.   Utilize the checklist provided as you create your game based on the steps and criteria below.

 

2.   Using the internet, library or any other available resource, research and brainstorm possible positive and obstacle scenarios which could occur in someone’s life.

 

3.   Develop your board game design utilizing 20 life scenario cards (10 for positive and 10 for obstacle scenarios). Remember to design the layout for your board and write directions on how to play. The design must include the following:

·        A sketch of the board game

·        Ten positive life scenario cards

·        Ten obstacles of life/roadblocks scenario cards

·        Directions on how to play

 

4.   Using the digital tool selected by your instructor, begin outlining the layout of your design.

 

5.   After creating your board game, edit your content to ensure everything is spelled correctly, there are no grammatical errors and your directions make sense to the players.

 

6.   Submit your design and planning documents to your instructor.
